By accessing or using the Epic Investor Portal ("Platform"), operated by Epic Rental Car LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
The Platform provides fleet management, financial reporting, and investment tracking tools for authorized investors and stakeholders of Epic Rental Car LLC. Access is granted on an invitation-only basis and is subject to approval by the Company.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design elements, is owned by Epic Rental Car LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
All financial data, reports, investor information, fleet performance metrics, and other business information accessible through the Platform is strictly confidential and proprietary to Epic Rental Car LLC. You agree not to disclose, share, copy, or distribute any information obtained through the Platform to any third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; (b) use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial data presented on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.
In no event shall Epic Rental Car LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
